We stock some of our items and others are created on demand by our suppliers.
Orders for items that we stock are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. In many cases, your items will even ship the same day! We are also upfront about our shipping costs. Because we use a cost based shipping rate, you will never be surprised at checkout with an unexpected shipping amount. We treat every item you purchase as if it were our own and we take extreme care in packaging each order.
Orders for gift wrapping paper are usually delivered in 5-6 business days with express shipping, 7-10 business days with premium shipping and 10 to 12 business days with standard shipping. If a refund is required then the wrapping paper must be returned to Zazzle.com within 30 days of the order
Orders for all other items usually require 2-7 business days to be manufactured and next day delivery with overnight shipping, 1-3 business days with express shipping and 5-8 business days with standard shipping. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of placing your order to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.
